made this project come to life
PHASE 01
Understand
Gone Country started with one person and a lot of boot stomping. Riley, a Texas-born instructor, began teaching country line dancing in the Netherlands, first at Boom Chicago, and it caught fire. She came to us at exactly the right moment: riding a wave of popularity and needing to turn that momentum into something lasting. The challenge was to bottle the energy of a packed dance floor into a brand, before the wave moved on.

PHASE 02
Translate
Country line dancing was still a novelty here, one of the first events of its kind in the Netherlands, which was both the opportunity and the risk. Get it wrong and it reads as cliche, a costume instead of a culture. So we set the direction early: authentically country, unmistakably fun, and distinct enough that people would recognize it on sight. Not a dusty cowboy rope, but a warm, high energy brand with real character. Something that felt like Riley, and like a night you would want to be part of.

PHASE 03
Create
This is where it took shape. We built the full Gone Country identity from the ground up, the look, the feel, the voice, then designed and built the website to carry it. Yee haw and all, the site captures the spirit of the events: warm, welcoming and rowdy in the best way, from The Party for absolute beginners to The Class for those going deeper. We wired it to sell tickets, so momentum turns into bookings without missing a beat.

PHASE 04
Deliver
We gave Gone Country a face worthy of its following and put it live. What went live is more than a website, it is the home of a movement: events, tickets, private parties and Riley's story, all in one place, all unmistakably GC. A brand people recognize the second they see it, ready to grow as fast as the dance floor fills. Boots on, wave caught.
