Their next chapter was their boldest yet: pushing AI deeper into the work, so insurers could automate claims and let their people spend their time where it actually matters, on real customer service.

PHASE 01
Understand
Posthuman had a sharp proposition and no face to put on it. A company in insurance automation, missing a body. Their next chapter was their boldest yet: pushing AI deeper into the work, so insurers could automate claims and let their people spend their time where it actually matters, on real customer service. The category loves to sell this as machines replacing people. Posthuman believes the opposite. So the real challenge was an identity that felt modern, even futuristic, without ever losing the human at the center of the story.

PHASE 02
Translate
The name said it already. Posthuman. Not human replaced, but human and AI as one new thing. We found our anchor in the oldest image of creation we know: Michelangelo's hands from the Sistine Chapel, the instant life leaps from one fingertip to another. We reimagined it for the age of AI. One hand human, one hand artificial, reaching for each other. That single gesture became the soul of the brand. Not AI versus people, but AI and people meeting in the moment something is created.

PHASE 03
Create
This is where it took shape. We built the hands as a 3D model, sculpted in detail and brought to life through motion, so the meeting of human and AI felt monumental rather than gimmicky. From there we built the full identity around it, then designed the UX and UI for a modern, futuristic world that still feels warm and human at its core. Finally we developed the website itself. Branding, 3D, motion, interface and development crafted together, so a company that once had no face now has an unmistakable one.

PHASE 04
Deliver
We gave Posthuman a body and put it live. The website shipped, carrying the brand, the hands and the message across every page: AI-driven automation, human-centered results. What was once an abstract promise about software now has a face the industry remembers, sitting comfortably alongside names like Achmea, Allianz and AXA. A modern identity that proves the future of insurance is not less human, but more. No loose ends.
