made this project come to life
PHASE 01
Understand
The Recharge Club had a brand that worked, until it didn't. Colourful, energetic, full of life, but it had started to feel young. Too young. The irony was hard to miss: a company that helps organizations take young professionals seriously was finding it harder to be taken seriously itself. They had outgrown their own look. So we listened for the real tension underneath the brief. How do you grow up without losing the spark, and keep speaking the language of the next gen.

PHASE 02
Translate
The answer was never to tone the colour down. It was to give it a purpose. We kept the energy that made The Recharge Club feel like a club worth joining, then matured everything around it: a more confident system, more intent, more room to breathe. The new direction had to live in two worlds at once. Credible enough for managers and decision makers, fresh enough for the young professionals they champion. That balance became the brief everything else answered to.

Phase 03
Create
This is where it took shape. We built a full new brand and brandbook, the foundation that keeps everything consistent wherever it shows up. From there we designed the assets that make a brand actually live: social templates, communication for different audiences and moments, and a set of animations to give it movement and personality. Then we designed the UX and UI for the new website and developed it in Webflow. Branding, design, motion and development crafted together, so the grown-up version of The Recharge Club felt like one coherent thing.

PHASE 04
Deliver
We brought the new brand to life and put it live. The website shipped on Webflow, built for them to run and update themselves, carrying the rebrand across every page. The colourful approach is still there, just sharper, more grown-up, and finally a match for the names they work with. Same spark, new authority.
